Itehadul Muslimeen has called for a complete shutdown in Kashmir valley on Monday to protest against the rape of 3 year old girl in Bandipora.
Masroor Abbas, the president of Itehad ul Muslimeen speaking to The Kashmiriyat over phone appealed people to observe shutdown tomorrow.
